Highlights from Day 4 in Turkey for the Alacati Windfest Youth & Junior Slalom World Cup 🇹🇷🌍🏆
Day 4 started with 11-15 knots of wind and Elimination 2 of Fin Slalom got underway with some great battles in all divisions. The wind switched off during the U17 boys second semifinal and that’s where the action will resume today when the wind kicks in. We switched to foil and the opening rounds of the U21 boys were completed before it shut down once again. If we continue with foil today, it will start with the girls division.
Unfortunately despite the best efforts of the race crew, the wind decided not to cooperate for the rest of the day, but the kids were able to check out their future wheels from @fordstorecetasizmir and evening entertainment from a local school band group was the perfect end to another great day in Alacati 🇹🇷
