How this expedition is tackling climate change

In partnership with the Ocean Science Expedition, The Ocean Race is setting sail into one of the most remote and fragile regions of our planet – the Arctic. Together, we’re on a journey to gather critical data on ocean health, climate change, and the impacts affecting one of Earth’s most delicate ecosystems. As they sail through icy waters, their onboard team are collecting crucial samples and environmental data to help scientists better understand how our oceans are changing and what we can do to protect them.
