Day 4 of the PWA Riviera Windsurf World Cup and unfortunately the wind never showed up. After many comments online about yesterday’s racing, we spoke to some of the riders and Head Protest Judge Francky Roguet about the No Rules Concept and why they prefer this way of racing. We dove into the serious questions about the dangers associated with no rules, which riders are dangerous and who plays it safe and how the process works in order to keep it safe and fair for the riders
