An emotional Justyna Sniady after an incredibly long day – in the wetsuit for 9 hours and fighting back to the Top 6 in the double elimination. It’s been a tough few months for the Polish rider since her Dad was diagnosed with cancer but she turned up and gave it her all today and never gave up and was rewarded with a place in the top 6.
The women’s double will continue in the next days and Justyna will battle Maria Morales for a spot in the top 5 and the chance to challenge the top 4 riders from the single elimination.
