Marc Paré powers to victory in Men’s Single Elimination, while Sarah-Quita Offringa earns hard fought victory in Women’s as El Cabezo turns on
The waves on Day 7 of the 2025 Playa Surf CBbC Hotel Tenerife El Médano Windsurf Grand Slam were never a problem as a new swell started to pulse through to bring the best waves of the event thus far. However, despite a windy forecast, the wind was quite shy at the beginning of the day and it wasn’t until 16:00 local time that the Single Eliminations resumed. The finals were eventually run with the best two waves and one jump to count as the wind picked up, while the world’s best were given 16 minutes to show their full potential in over head high set waves.
