We brought 25 STEM-focused women inside the world of professional ocean racing to explore careers in naval architecture, engineering, robotics, navigation, and marine sustainability. Through hands-on workshops and conversations with industry leaders, participants gained real insight into cutting-edge technology, met inspiring role models, and discovered pathways into the marine industry.
