Scuba students who may be struggling (especially with things like mask clearing and just being comfortable underwater) can sometimes benefit from trying a different instructor. It may feel awkward at first, but whether or not you get to experience an entire lifestyle change may depend on it. It doesn’t always mean you had a bad instructor, sometimes it requires a specific personality and teaching style to match your learning style.
