MENS ELIMINATION 1 FINAL 🤺
The Men’s Elimination 1 final saw two distinct battles between two sets of team mates – out in front you had the North boys of Pierre Mortefon and Amado Vrieswijk. Pierre led for the first two reaches but Amado got ahead on the second jibe and Pierre couldn’t recover to take back the place. The latter of the two battles was between the two Pryde boys of Nico Prien and Matteo Iachino fighting for 3rd place. Nico took the early lead and held it up until the penultimate jibe mark where Matteo took the inside line and pumped over the top of Nico to take the spot on the provisional podium.
