Viivi is no stranger to ocean adventures. She sailed around the world aboard Galiana WithSecure with legendary Finnish sailor Tapio Lehtinen in the Ocean Globe Race 2023–2024.
But the Globe 5.80 Transat is a completely different challenge — her FIRST SOLO RACE!
And it all began with a midnight visit to a tiny Class Globe 5.80 boat during the Golden Globe Race start in 2022. One look was enough to spark a dream that has now become reality!
