Italian skipper **Andrea Lodolo** is giving everything he’s got in the 2026 Golden Globe Race!

⚡ **MAINSAIL HALYARD SNAPS – NO DRAMA!**
Andrea reveals that his mainsail halyard broke while pushing the boat hard under spinnaker.
But thanks to his extensive preparations and training, he managed to replace it and get sailing again!
When he called Don, he was making an impressive **7.5 knots**, determined to keep up the pace.

🔧 **94+ JOBS AND COUNTING!**
Andrea has been keeping a detailed record of every repair, adjustment and maintenance task aboard BiBi.

From checking ropes and fittings to maintaining ventilation and preparing the boat for the Southern Ocean, Andrea believes that small daily jobs make all the difference.
