Quentin Delapierre, Diego Botín, Jason Saunders and Florian Trittel reflect on their first regatta together: finding they had the pace to compete, improving day by day, and learning how to respond to mistakes and close racing as a team. Botín and Trittel brought an established Olympic partnership, but bringing the whole crew together under race pressure takes time.
