Records have fallen in the Vendée Globe and legendary navigator Simon Fisher tells us why his old boat is the new record holder.
Simon "SiFi" Fisher is a two-time winner of The Ocean Race, and sailed with the winning team 11th Hour Racing Team in the 2022-23 edition. 11th Hour’s winning IMOCA boat is now sailed by Sébastien Simon under the name of Groupe Dubreuil, and set a new 24 hour solo monohull distance record with an astounding 614.25 miles.
