They Used to be the Biggest in the Ocean | Edge of the World: Krill Crisis | EP8

As the mission continues, attention turns beneath the surface. The crew begin to explore the Southern Ocean ecosystem in more detail, from the role of krill to the presence of whales feeding in these waters.

What emerges is a deeper understanding of a system that remains surprisingly data-deficient, even as its importance for whales becomes increasingly clear.
