🧠 The mental battle is REAL!
A naturally competitive sailor, Henry admits he’s frustrated by his position in the fleet. He’s even decided to stop listening to the daily radio discussions about other competitors because knowing their progress is affecting his morale!
But pushing harder could mean breaking the boat — and with thousands of miles still ahead, that’s a risk he simply cannot afford.

A loose forestay and a bending vang bracket are causing concern aboard Privateer, while constant pounding into steep waves makes sleeping, cooking and even moving around the cabin a challenge.
