Before a campaign comes a refit. Or is it the other way around? 🤔
Our ships operate around the clock while at sea, so after months of campaigning, they need time alongside to stop completely, undergo essential maintenance, and prepare for their next mission.
That’s exactly what happened to the M/V Allankay after returning from its Antarctica campaign. Following a refit in New Zealand, it is now heading back to the South Pacific to combat illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing once again.
Meanwhile, the M/Y Age of Union continues its campaign against IUU fishing in West Africa, while the M/Y Sea Eagle is doing the same in the Mediterranean.
Our fleet is always on the move, alternating between refit and frontline conservation to ensure our ships are always ready for whatever comes next.
☝️ Stay tuned for the latest updates from our campaigns as we continue defending our oceans. 🌊💙
