Meet Paul Rose, one of the world’s most experienced science expedition leaders and a man who has spent his career working at the very front line of exploration.
As Head of Expeditions for National Geographic Pristine Seas, Paul has helped lead expeditions to some of the most remote and challenging places on Earth — work that has contributed to the protection of more than 6.9 million square kilometres of ocean.
His extraordinary career has also taken him from a decade commanding a British Antarctic Survey research station in Antarctica to presenting 22 award-winning BBC television programmes, working with NASA, and receiving both the Queen’s Polar Medal and the Royal Geographical Society’s Founder’s Gold Medal.
And now, Paul Rose is returning to the Diving Talks stage.
